ParentsWeb

Westminster Academy uses ParentsWeb, part of the RenWeb School Management Software, which gives you an opportunity to get more involved in your child’s academic progress and future success—all online!

ParentsWeb is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow you to view academic information specific to your children, while protecting your children’s information from others. You can see your child’s grades, attendance, homework, conduct, and other useful school information. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection—broadband is recommended.

(If you are a first-time user, please follow the directions below.
If you are a returning user, be sure to click on the "Parents" tab if not already selected.)

First-time Users:

  1. Click the First-time Users tab if you have not logged in to ParentsWeb before.
  2. Enter your email address that you provided to the school. Please call the Lower or Upper School Office if you need to submit a new email address.
  3. Check the Remember My Email? box if you would like the login screen to automatically fill in your email on future logins—don't select this option if you’re on a public computer.
  4. Click the New Parent Login button. You will receive an email containing your password within a few minutes to the email address you entered, which must be the same email address that you previously provided to Westminster Academy. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 5 minutes.
  5. Click the Parents tab and enter the password assigned in the email.
  6. Click the Parent Login button.

You should now be logged in to the School Information of ParentsWeb. To learn more about ParentsWeb, click the Tour the New ParentsWeb button to take a 6-minute video tour.
