Dear WA Community,

It certainly is an amazing privilege to be part of a Gospel-centered community made up of men and women, boys and girls, who lift up prayer requests for one another before our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
One of our school families, the Wallhoffs, covet your prayers at this time. Their daughter Maddie, who is in our preschool program, was involved in an accident last night and sustained several serious injuries. We are very grateful that today she is in stable condition. Please pray for a full and complete healing for Maddie Wallhoff.
Please also pray for dad Ehren, who is our varsity boys' basketball coach and a WA alumnus, mom Shannon, our assistant athletic director, and sister Emma, who is in our lower school. This is a difficult time for them and they would greatly appreciate everyone's prayers.
Given that it is important for Maddie to get rest, to be still, and to not have her immune system compromised, the family has requested that there be no visitors at this time.
Please join me in prayer for Maddie, Emma, Shannon and Ehren as well as the doctors as they go through this challenging journey with Jesus Christ by their side.
In the Name of Jesus Christ,

Dr. Leo Orsino
Headmaster

Helping Haiti
If you have not already partnered with your church or another organization and would like to help the people of Haiti, please click here to support Anaggello Global Missions. This is the same ministry that WA has partnered with for many years to build seven Christian schools in Haiti, all of which, we praise God, have been spared from damage.

Our traditional "water jugs" will also be available after chapels for students to put donations in. This money goes directly to pastors working in Haiti who provide relief to the people.
A shipment of out-of-date WA uniforms was just sent over to the island. We feel blessed to know that these children our wearing our WA clothing!
