Welcome to the Westminster Academy Track and Field Home Page, now being updated for the upcoming 2013 track season. Here we hope you will find all the information you are looking for with regard to the WA Track and Field Program.
Doria Rickel will again serve as Head Coach of Track and Field. Ken Key will function as program director, and will assist as coach of distance runners and 800 meter runners. Other assistant coaches include John Rickel (sprints), Joyce Medina (discus), Brian Luke (shot put), Sam Freas (pole vault), John Baker (distance), Danielle Kleppan (distance), with Jackie Joines serving as Middle School Head Coach and Remmy Rickel as her assistant.
God has blessed us also with a wonderful facility, on which we are privileged to train and work with our own team, and to host other schools in great competitive opportunities.

The rest of the WA Track Meet Schedule is being scheduled as well:
- Tuesday, Feb 12, regular Middle School Meet
- Thursday, Feb 21, regular Varsity Meet (filled to capacity already)
- Tuesday, Feb 26, regular Middle School Meet
- Thursday, March 21, Varsity and MS SACC Conference Meet
- WA is also scheduled to host District 15 1A and Region 4 Class 1A, and will be the site of District 14 1A
Westminster Academy will not host a varsity WA Invitational this season -- the crazy mix of spring break, Easter vacation, and other meets have conspired against an available weekend.
