Westminster Academy® is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is the only school in South Florida with a classical Christian curriculum where students learn the best from the past to prepare them for the future. Our student body is comprised of Pre-K 2 year olds through 12th grade students. Westminster Academy® is a Christian school founded in 1973 by the late Dr. D. James Kennedy, founding pastor of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. Upper school enrollment is 377 with college preparatory and college credit programs. Westminster Academy® has award winning choral, band, and orchestra programs and numerous state athletic championships. Enrollment is available for young men and women from Christian families seeking a high-quality, biblical, college and life preparation education. Our mission is to serve Christian parents and their children by providing a high-quality, biblically-based educational and instructional program marked by academic excellence, respect for the individual, and personal service.
